I have just got Office 365 for my Mac and it is listing recent files in Word, Excel and Powerpoint. There appears to be no option to remove this under Preferences on any of the programs. I am trying to find out how to delete ALL recent files on Word and Excel. I can only see how to delete individual files but I want the whole history cleared. I am sure this used to be available on Office 365 for Mac but I have tried everything, searched forums and only find replies from 2016. For anyone looking for the way to revert to a previous version of any Office (2016) application on Mac OS High Sierra (10.13.2) the following worked for me: Go into one of the office Apps and choose Help > Check for Updates at the top of the screen. Mac Word does it a little differently: on opening the file, all tracked changes or comments in the document will be forced visible, whether the last user hid them or not. So if they are there, you will see them.

Now when I try to print a document in which I'm tracking changes, this new version of Word 2013 is printing a blank markup area on the right side of the page, taking up about one-third of the paper. In past versions of Word, this same document printed with just the change bars on the left side showing, which is the option I had selected.
