The add-in for those data analysis tools is usually called 'Analysis ToolPak,' and it's not available for Excel 2011 for Mac. Instead, Microsoft recommends a third-party alternative. In Excel 2011 for Mac, choose Help from the topmost menu bar, type 'Analysis ToolPak' (without the quotes) into the Search box, and select the 'I can't find the Analysis ToolPak' item. I'm running Excel 2011 for Mac. The instructor mentioned that it may be available as an add in download but I'm not able to find it. If someone could please point me in the right direction (or confirm if it really is an option) I would appreciate it.

The Excel Data Analysis toolpak should be enabled by default on every lab computer and computer available for checkout from the library.
